2020 Vision for Global Health
The World Bank has set universal coverage as a goal for the nations of the world by the year 2030. The 2020 Program for Global Health is dedicated to achieving knowledge-driven universal coverage in the largest 100 world cities by that year. Achieving the urban, knowledge-driven goal will prepare for the broader objective as programs and systems initially established for the large cities are extended into smaller cities and towns and into the countryside.
CIMH Global is dedicated to assist in these important objectives. For more information on the 2020 Program, go to 2020globalhealth.com.
Technology acceptance
If one imperative exists in the use of technology by the general public, it is this: It must be easy to use -- or at least perceived as being so. According to the Technology Acceptance Model, perceptions as to east of use playing to the question of usefulness itself.* If ease of use is held in question, nothing else matters, really. The technology is unlikely to be used.

Enticings of the "universal remote"
What is more widely accepted by 'couch potatoes' everywhere but the universal remote of television fame. Ever since the first videotaping capabilities expanded on 'channel-switching' choices of television watchers in the early 10980s, pause and rewind, fast forward and back have become regular features of daily life for the majority. Regardless of the devices in question -- whether mobile, desktop, or part of an appliance or vehicle -- this is a winning interface that has a long tradition of success.
Behind the scenes
Trees can serve to bring concepts together in meaningful and useful ways. The result can be complex and meaningful processes, making use of data from arranged sources and providing rational choices when they can be made.
Targeting health, achieving medical goals
First, the key is to establish healthy conditions generally. This involves medical, pharmaceutical, and infrastructure commitments based on essential health requirements and important, standards-based interventions and therapies.
Achieving optimum performance living
Next, it is a matter of "getting the red out". This can be done by guiding people through life pattern in tune with nature's requirements based on their preferences and objectives. With detailed, rational processes at each level, this can eliminate the kinds of denial and uninformed choices that plague people everywhere.
Instant wisdom
The result of application of the 'knowledge swirl' to the challenges of health and society, ultimately, is ubiquitous wisdom. This is similar to the working environment of good musicians, who benefit from optimal use of instruments and cooperation to create interesting and beneficial sounds.
